Customer's package said delivered by USPS but he said he did not recieve the package so we shipped a free replacement anyway. This is what he had to say "Jeff, I received the package today. Thank you for basically upgrading my order to the full kit! I really appreciate your customer service and will spread the word. I'm gonna really do some testing on this product in the near future (fishing season), and if the results are as you guys claim, I will REALLY be spreading the word! Again thank you very much. I've been pretty frustrated for what seemed like throwing $30 down the trash. But your customer service upgrade made it very worth it!"
